I believe in India it would still have to be Doordarshan news, Rajya Sabha tv and Loksabha TV… The TRP rating says Zee news but I beg to differ. There are n number of villages where people still get only national channels n free programs. TRP is a mind and number game in my opinion. It's like comparing which brand of water sells the most. And I would say the water which is unbranded, free and is billed for us. So its doordarshan news as many villages do not have cable facility only the basic TV. If we include those, then surely DD news
